INVITATION TO BID FOR SALE OF SCRAP METAL (LOT 1) AND USED TIMBER

(LOT 2) UNDER DISPOSAL REFERENCE NUMBER: UHCN/DISPOSAL/22-

Ugandan High Commission, Nairobi intends to dispose Scrap Metal (Lot 1) and

Used Timber (Lot 2) sold on “as is and where is” basis. The High Commission will

have no further liability after the sell.

The High Commission now invites sealed bids for the purchase of the items

mentioned above.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal

of Public Assets Regulations 2014 and the process is open to all potential bidders.

Interested Bidders may inspect the items between 11:00am to 16:00pm on Monday

13 th March 2023 and Tuesday 14 th March 2023 at Uganda House Nairobi located on

Plot No. 209/905/906 Kenyatta Avenue and Standard Street, Nairobi, Kenya.

The bidding Documents in English Language may be obtained by Interested

bidders on submission of a written application from Uganda High Commission

Located on Riverside Paddocks, Nairobi, Kenya. Interested Bidders may obtain

further information from PDU Ugandan High Commission Nairobi.

Bids must be delivered to Uganda High Commission at or before 10:00am. Late

bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s

representative who chose to attend at Ugandan High Commission Nairobi
